An Integrative, or Naturopathic Approach to Mental Health Concerns does not mean a direct supplement replacement for a drug, nor does it mean that everyone must take prescription drugs indefinitely.
It does mean that we will work to find the right balance for you.

- For some, this may mean reducing or weening off of medications safely, and recovering from mental illness.
- For others, this may mean managing the side effects of drugs that need to be continued currently, and achieving optimum nutrition and health status in the meantime.
- For everyone, this means you'll learn more about how and when to use natural healing approaches safely for mental illness, and how to achieve better overall health long term.
