BackgroundBorn and raised in Barrie, Ontario, and have returned to grow a family Naturopathic practice, with a focus in mental health and wellness.
I believe in balance and moderation. I do try to practice what I preach and live a good lifestyle with a healthy diet, but I am not perfect, nor do I expect that of you. The goal, in my opinion, is to be your best self. That being said, Naturopathic Treatments often require more work on the patients behalf, and may require some big changes. I will work with you to help you achieve these changes in a step wise manner, reach your health goals, and achieve balance in your life. |
