Coming off birth control?
Hormonal contraceptives are a very commonly prescribed medication to prevent unwanted pregnancy/conception but also to "control" various women's health concerns from acne, to irregular periods, heavy bleeding, menstrual pain, and so forth.

Everything from the timing, duration, regularity, symptoms before/during/after, all provide information with how your body and hormones are functioning overall.
